Refund policy for Lessons & Rides: A full refund is available if you choose to cancel up to 3 days in advance. A refund will not be available for any cancellations requested within 72 hours of your scheduled ride. A full refund is also available if we choose to cancel the ride for any reason (e.g. weather, wildfires, etc.).
Refund policy for Off-Site Rides: A minimum of 2 riders is required for all off-site rides. The ride will be cancelled and a 100% refund issued If the minimum of two riders is not met within 48 hours before the ride leaves. This applies to off-site rides only.
Refund policy for Pony Club & Summer Camps: A full refund is available if you choose to cancel up to 30 days in advance. A 50% refund is available if cancelled up to 14 days in advance. No refund if canceled within 14 days of the class start date.
